Ashley Cavazos is the Executive Assistant to owner Michael J Crawford and serves as the Billing & Collections Specialist. In this role, Ashley provides high-level administrative support for Michael J Crawford, manages personal scheduling and correspondence, coordinates internal operations, and serves as a key point of contact between Mr. Crawford, clients, and internal teams. Ashley oversees client accounts to ensure payments are made in a timely manner, assists clients with questions regarding their accounts, and tracks month-to-date and year-to-date financial goals. She also contacts clients once cases are closed to conduct exit interviews and ensure client satisfaction with Mr. Crawford’s services. Ashley graduated in 2022 from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, the top national Criminal Justice program in both value and quality by U.S. News & World Report and the Journal of Criminal Justice. In 2024, Ashley graduated from Tarleton State University with her Master's Degree in Business Management. She is proud to be part of the 7% of Latina women in the U.S. who have earned a Master’s degree.
